With an Aristo-Craft Train Engineer system, you can control your layout using a wireless remote control transmitter.

The Train Engineer Transmitter sends its commands via radio frequency to the various Receivers around your layout. The transmitter has a range of 100 metres and does not require line of sight.

One Train Engineer system can operate as many as ten trains simultaneously, as well as five sets of points or other accessories.

The CRE-55401 is a simple and rugged controller. Smooth, realistic running is maintained with a built-in inertia control. A forward and reverse switch controls polarity of the DC output. This 10 amp controller offers more than enough power to run the largest G Scale locomotive.

Battery technology is evolving quickly and we are now able to offer affordable Lithium Ion batteries.  These are state of the art batteries which give three times the output of equivalent size Ni-Cad batteries.

The Aristo-Craft Lithium Ion Battery Pack gives 2 amp hours at 21.5 volts and includes an auto-cutoff and re-settable circuit breaker.

Lithium Ion batteries have no adverse memory to upset recharging and they can be connected in parallel, so with two battery packs you can have 4 amp hours still at 21.5 volts.

Adjustable from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. Includes 2 bumpers, 2 rerailers and reversing unit with "soft-start" momentum.
