Items marked "Out of stock" may be available, or they may be out of production. To find out, click the "Enquire" button and send us a message. We will get back to you with the information you request.

Terms & Conditions

 

GENERAL

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Not all products advertised on this website are in stock at all times. Wherever possible, we will indicate whether or not a product is available.

The minimum order for products purchased on this website is $30.00 (excluding postage).

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

Please note that our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

 

PAYMENT

Purchases may be paid for by credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Credit card or EFTPOS charges may apply.

All orders must be paid for before goods are dispatched. Title to goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

Online payments are not processed until we have confirmed that the requested items are in stock and that the quoted shipping charges are correct.

 

SHIPPING

Goods will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of our receiving an order. Delivery times depend on location, but normally will take no more than 7 days within Australia and 14 days to other countries.

Goods are sent either by registered post or by private road freight, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. All goods must be signed for upon receipt.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address that they have supplied is correct. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrectly supplied address must be paid for by the purchaser.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Goods may be returned if they are found to be faulty in manufacture or damaged in transit. Returns for any other reason may be negotiated at our discretion.

If goods are found to be faulty in manufacture or damaged in transit, please contact us to arrange return for replacement, repair or refund at our discretion. Returns must be authorised by us before goods are dispatched to us. All shipping costs for the return of goods must be paid for by the purchaser. Returned goods must be accompanied by all original packaging and a copy of the sales invoice. Returns will be accepted only from the original purchaser.

All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure that goods purchased from us are free from defects and securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of an order may be accepted at our discretion. If the goods have already been dispatched, the purchaser must pay for both outward and return freight plus a restocking fee. To request a cancellation, please contact us.

 

AGREEMENT

Any order placed by a customer on this website is an offer by that customer to purchase a product or service for the price specified at the time the order is placed, including freight and any other charges. By placing an order, the customer is agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered. Prices are subject to variation at any time and may change while the customer is selecting goods. The customer agrees to pay the price that is current at the time payment is made. This agreement is governed by the relevant laws of the state of New South Wales.

 

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure that the prices, images and other information displayed on this website are correct, The Gauge One Gallery disclaims all responsibility for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to refuse a customer's order for any reason, including the unavailability of a product, an error in the advertised price or other information, or an error in the customer's order.

 

LIABILITY

The Gauge One Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of goods or services supplied, or for failure to supply goods or services due to circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to the customer is limited to repair or replacement or refund for defective goods.

 

WARRANTY

The Gauge One Gallery transfers to the customer any warranty or guarantee supplied by the manufacturer of the products. If goods are found to be defective within the warranty period due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, we will repair or replace the goods at our discretion.

Any warranty or guarantee becomes void if the product has been used outside of the manufacturer's instructions or guidelines on proper use, storage, installation or maintenance; or if the product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorised person; or if the product is re-sold.

All warranties and guarantees offered by us or by the manufacturer are in addition to statutory warranties and guarantees stipulated by legislation in the state of New South Wales.
